Keep Coachford Clean
This week sees the beginning of the Cork County Council litter challenge. Coachford is just one of the many villages, small towns and crossroads all over the county taking part in the challenge which takes place from May 11th to June 17th. The judges will be visiting the village each week and deducting marks for every piece of litter (including cigarette butts) found on the roads, footpaths and ditches. The judges will be announcing the results and naming the worst parts of the village in their fortnightly report. Coachford Tidy Towns are appealing to everyone who lives, shops and works in Coachford to please dispose of your litter responsibly. They are especially appealing to the Business owners to ensure that outside their premises is kept clean and Tidy.
