Coachford on TV
A great crowd of locals and supporters gathered in Breathnachs Bar last Sunday to view the RTE programme “At Your Service” which featured the Coachford Bar. The programme filmed during the summer of 2013 showed the huge amount of work carried out in the bar to create the beautiful function room. The programme also featured the new Angling and Boating centre and mentioned the huge potential that the upcoming World Fishing Championships will have on the area. The TV show was superb and a great vehicle to show off the beautifully clean, tidy and bright village. The show also featured the wonderful Aghinagh Comhtlas and Coachford set dancers. Congratulations to Mary Lynch, Mary Cronin and all the staff at Cronin’s Gala and Breathnachs Bar.
