Coachford Tidy Towns have entered the Cork County Anti Litter Challenge for Villages.We
are asking pubs,restaurants, shops,, businesses and householders in the village area to work with us in keeping the village litter free this summer and especially during the 3 judging periods from Monday May 14 to June 20.Each Village begins with 100 points.We will be deducted a point for every piece of litter found on the street (including cigarette butts). All public areas between the 50km speed limit signs can be judged. Our Village is bigger and busier than most others in the competition so we have a challenge ahead but if everyone helps then we can be up there with the rest. Please play your part.
